Ainsley Cohen
Ainsley Cohen is a Founding Partner at Newid Capital.
Prior to forming Newid Capital, Ainsley spent time as an Investment Analyst at QED Investors. During her tenure at QED, Ainsley focused on the FinTech sector in the USA.
Ainsley spent time working in microfinance in Uganda with the Women’s Microfinance Initiative (WMI) before returning to DC and running the finance and operations of a legal staffing startup. Ainsley remains on the Advisory Board of WMI.
Ainsley has a Master’s Degree (with Honours) in Economics from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. She is a passionate supporter of the English Premier League’s Tottenham Hotspur and (the currently banned) Indian Premier League cricket team Rajasthan Royals.
